A Seattle native, Ms. Barrett received her BA from the University of Washington in 1976 and her JD from the University of Puget Sound in 1982, where she graduated cum laude. Her professional memberships include the Washington and Seattle-King County Bar Associations, Washington Association of State and Municipal Attorneys and Washington Defense Trial Lawyers.
