Philip D. Mortenson

Born in New York City, Philip Mortenson graduated from University of California's Hastings Law School in 1967.  He was admitted to both the Washington and California in 1968. He is admitted to practice in US District Courts in California and Washington, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.  Phil has worked for various public and private entities over the last 40 years, including a position as Litigation Attorney and Director for the Seattle City Attorney's Office, and as Litigation Counsel for Washington Mutual Bank.  Phil is an active volunteer in a variety of areas, including pro bono work in elder law at the King County Senior Services Center.
